Business Development Manager

This is a unique opportunity as we are expanding our IT trainings in APAC! As a Business Development Manager, you will be connecting with many great companies and empowering them to be more effective and efficient thru our trainings (VMware, Netapp, Tableau, etc). You are to understand customer’s needs to design effective trainings for them. You are responsible for identifying new business opportunities and designing “go-to-market” plans to deliver significant revenues.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our training vendors to define, design and implement program that enable the realization of trainings go-to-market and channel objectives.
  • Drive revenue through prospecting new customers, managing existing customer and grow business.
  • Identify business processes, tools and systems changes required to operationalize go-to-market and channel programs.
  • Collaborate with Customers & Marketing team to identify and develop additional areas of opportunities.
  • Interact with prospects via telephone, email, zoom, on-site visits, etc.

  • Possess great passion in education
  • Professional and ethical approach to do the business development
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com and/or other CRM, web presentation tools.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Education & Experience

  • Qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree

    Years of Experience: Preferably 3 or more years in managing technology partner, go-to-market activities experience highly desirable
