The Business Challenges

As a leader in the infrastructure support solution provider for transportation and travel, ASYST was evolving its technology to provide a more resilient and highly available systems. In order to achieve that, they needed to have the platform that can enable such features to their solutions. Some of key differentiators that were identified are the platform agility, modern service architecture, and economical flexibility.

ASYST also required a partner who can directly engage with them in a daily basis to provide fast response time to support their ops and security postures hardening on the workload run on the platform.

ASYST finally decided to deploy on Google Cloud and chose InfoFabrica as their exclusive partner to help integrate their systems to Google Cloud.

Prior to deployment to Google Cloud, ASYST lacked agility when it came to developing business initiatives. They also lacked the flexibility which was quite an important factor when deploying and running their workload.

Improving internal work processes after Google Cloud migration

In terms of loyalty system management, the company practices a regular online loyalty system, which is currently powered by Google Cloud. Accessibility is much more reliable and there has been no occurence of disaster due to the highly available architecture deployed.

The system is also scalable enough to be running and adapting to the users demand and access. This allows a great usage experience for all of their Customers accessing the system.
