Inside Sales Representative


As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and expanding InfoFabrica (IFF) enterprise territory through close partnership with engineering sales and channel marketing team. You will work closely with vendors, SI partners and customers, to develop and maintain a consistent healthy pipeline.


As the Inside Sales Representative, you will primarily be responsible for new accounts penetration, opportunities development and backend support of field sales team. This role is based in Singapore and will primarily be serving Singapore markets.



  • Sourcing of new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Proper qualification of leads and able to provide accurate report on opportunities.
  • Conduct market research into accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls and sending emails per day.
  • Understand market segmentation and work in tandem with all functional teams, to execute Go-To-Market Sales Plan.
  • Collaborate between different functional teams and serve as the point of contact for customers and vendors.
  • Sell InfoFabrica Hybrid Cloud Solutions (IaaS, SaaS, VMware, AWS, etc) to new and existing customers.
  • Able to understand and present the value proposition of InfoFabrica’s Professional Services and Managed Services offering, to assist in market penetration.
  • Maintain good customer and partner relationships.
  • Accurately track and generate timely sales report.




  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com and/or other CRM, web presentation tools.
  • Comfortable with making cold calls to prospects.
  • Able to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Possess basic understanding of Enterprise IT industry ecosystem is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential.
  • Experience with tele-marketing or any customer service experience preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-pace, competitive, goal-driven environment.


Education & Experience:

  • Diploma / Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years in customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in Data storage, virtualization or Cloud is a plus.
